ZERO Pinellas is a community partnership committed to zero new HIV infections in Pinellas County. Our website address is: http://zeropinellas.org. ZERO Pinellas is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of the visitors to our web site. Our policy is to collect no personal information about you when you visit our website, unless you affirmatively choose to make such information available to us. In particular, we want you to know that ZERO Pinellas is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Email addresses
If you have provided your email address to us, ZERO Pinellas may contact you from time to time regarding news, events, services, alerts, and other types of general communications of interest to the ZERO Pinellas community. We use a third-party provider, Constant Contact, to deliver our email communications. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications. You can revoke your consent to receive emails at any time by using the SafeUnsubscribe® link, found at the bottom of every email.
Policy for children
We do not knowingly solicit information from children under the age of 13.
Analytics
When someone visits ZeroPinellas.org we may use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. Who we share your data with
The ZERO Pinellas Project is a community partnership of six organizations: The AIDS Healthcare Foundation, The AIDS Institute, BayCare Health System, Empath Partners in Care (EPIC), the Florida Department of Health in Pinellas County, and Metro Wellness & Community Centers. Your information may be shared with partner organizations only for purposes that support the mission of the ZERO Pinellas Project. Your information will not be disclosed to third parties or government agencies, unless required by state or federal law.
What rights you have over your data
If you have provided us with your email or other personal information, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Security of your information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
